Kristi Stuetzer, VP of Human Resources at Revere Plastics Systems will be presenting on the relationship between Payroll & HR.

Kristi Stuetzer is a business executive passionate about people and culture, she excels in environments where transformation is part of the journey. Regularly characterized as a proactive and dauntless trailblazer, she is recognized for building warm and trusting relationship to quickly execute strategic business imperatives and maximize human capital to deliver results.

Kristi’s career includes experience in progressively challenging HR leadership roles, where her accomplishments have centered on strategic business partnering, organizational development and building people-focused processes. Kristi prides herself in working closely with all stakeholders to implement solutions which drive value to the bottom-line. Such as, elevating HR teams from tactical to strategic, strengthening the supervisor-employee relationship to increase engagement, and involving employees in special teams to empower and energize.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University, a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. In 2020 she presented at the State SHRM conference and is a guest speaker for Walsh College on a variety of HR topics. She also co-founded a peer-to-peer networking group on Linkedin, called HR Unite, for HR professionals and business leaders. The purpose of HR Unite is to bring HR and business professionals together for best practice sharing, to bolster HR impact and effectiveness overall.
