Lee Meadows will speak to us on the Emerging Role of Leadership
The post-pandemic workplace has created a divide between traditional practices of leadership and the ‘New Normal’ interactive practices. Leadership has, historically, been about styles, processes, and outcomes with some emphasis on ‘people’ issues. The new tripod of working (fully remote, hybrid, and in-person) has stretched the boundaries of traditional leadership and created a path for the emerging ‘inclusive’ approach to achieving results.
This presentation will focus on how the emerging ‘inclusive’ model of leading is connected to the work of payroll and the new interactions that govern how work is performed. Participants will be exposed to the ‘Inclusive’ model of leadership and its specific applications to working within the tasks and processes of payroll.
Objectives:
- Participants will receive the background information on the new ‘Tripod’ workplace.
- Participants will receive the ‘Inclusive’ model of leadership
- Participants will receive ‘best practices’ of the ‘Inclusive’ model of leadership
- Participants will receive examples of how the ‘Inclusive’ model of leadership is being applied in payroll
