Jennifer Young joined AssuredPartners of Michigan in
1993. She has more than 35 years of experience providing
professional consulting on employee benefits, benefits
administration and compliance in the health and welfare
industry.
As the AssuredPartners of Michigan’s Compliance Director
for employee benefits, Jennifer uses her in depth
knowledge to support the agency’s team members and
clients. Jennifer is proficient in the regulatory requirements
issued by the DOL, IRS, HHS and CMS, including the ACA,
ADA, ARPA, CAA, Cafeteria Plans, COBRA, ERISA, FFCRA,
FMLA, HSAs and other related regulations.
Jennifer shares her expertise through speaking
engagements, educational materials, and individual client
compliance reviews. She is known as a thought leader in the
industry and as an expert in addressing difficult benefit
compliance issues. In addition to her responsibilities as
Compliance Director, she manages client relationships as an
Account Executive, providing financial and benefit guidance
for all group health plan offerings.
