- With all these gains comes a new challenge: engagement. How do we keep virtual teams connected, aligned, and thriving?
Over the last few years, we’ve seen remote work evolve from something companies had to do — to something many are now choosing strategically.
This presentation will be lead by Lisa Knisely, CCSM (Certified Client Success Manager). Lisa is the Founder and Client Growth Strategist for LK Strategy, LLC. She has led client success teams at ADP and Global Cash Card for over 15 years in the paycard/digital payments industry as Vice President Client Loyalty. Prior to that she spent over 17 years in the staffing industry as Vice President of Operations for Staffmark. She has been involved with PayrollOrg for over 15 years, including speaking engagements, conferences, and leadership events. Lisa grew up in Bryan, Ohio, and now resides in Myrtle Beach, SC. Her and her husband have 5 children, 3 grandchildren with 1 more on the way, and a chocolate lab that follows them everywhere.
